My take on a fancy and easy to make masala chai tea! Perfect for those cold stary nights. Get cosy, grab a book, and enjoy this tasty beverage!.

YIELDS: 1 cup
Ingredients:
1 cup of water
1/2 cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
1/2 tsp peppercorn
A pinch of nutmeg
1 tsp of Masala Chai
Whipped cream
glitter icing (optional)
small star candies (optional)
Directions:
In your infuser, steep together your water, cinnamon stick, fennel seeds, and peppercorn together. Let it steep for 10 mins (or however strong you would like it to be).
In a clear glass, accent the inside using the glitter (I usually do a swirl design inside). stick the stars to the inside of the glass where the glitter was placed and fill the cup with your steeped mixer. Top it off with whipped cream and glitter.
